Raspberry Mousse Cake

Berries are the perfect treat for summer and this cake uses a ton of them! We mash a bowl full of raspberries and then strain them through a cheesecloth to give our raspberry mousse its lovely pink color and its sweetly tart flavor. We pair it with a layer of sweet white mousse and serve them both on a sponge cake bottom. 1.2 lb. - 6 inches - ￥189
