The Pie House Membership Rewards Program
1. Pie House Membership and Points Basics：
1.1 Pie House has 3 types of membership: Silver, Gold, and Platinum
1.2 For every yuan a member spends (excluding delivery fee) at Pie House, he or she earns a point
2. How to Become a Member：
2.1 You can become a Silver Member by registering online or by giving us your personal information when ordering over the phone
3. Upgrading and Retaining Membership：
3.1 To become a Gold Member, you must first become a Silver Member. When a Silver Member attains 1200 points within a 12-month period, starting from the 13th month, he or she will be awarded Gold Membership for the next 12 months.
3.2 To become a Platinum Member, you must first become either a Silver Member or a Gold Member. When a Silver Member attains 2000 points within a 12-month period, starting from the 13th month, he or she will be awarded Platinum Membership for the next 12 months. When a Gold Member attains 1600 points within a 12-month period, starting from the 13th month, he or she will be awarded Platinum Membership for the next 12 months.
3.3 You can retain Gold Membership by attaining 800 points within a year
3.4 You can retain Platinum Membership by attaining 1600 points within a year
4. Membership Benefits：
4.1 All members earn points which can be exchanged for goodies（see part 5 for specifics）
4.2 Gold Member Benefits：
4.2.1 For a 12 month period, all products are 5% off（excluding delivery fees）
4.2.2 You will receive a 20 RMB coupon for your birthday, and you can also provide us the birthdays of two friends to receive an additional 20 RMB coupon for each of those days.
4.3 Platinum Member Benefits：
4.3.1 For a 12 month period, all products are 10% off（excluding delivery fees）
4.3.2 You will receive a 40 RMB coupon for your birthday, and you can also provide us the birthdays of two friends to receive an additional 40 RMB coupon for each of those days.You will receive a set of free sample products once during the 12 month period.
4.3.3 You will receive a set of free sample products once during the 12 month period.
5. Exchanging Points for Goodies：
5.1 Points are valid for 2 years. Within that 2 year period, you can exchange accumulated points for free goodies. Don't worry! Exchanged points still count towards membership.
5.2 Specifics：
5.2.1 3000 points can be exchanged for a box of cupcakes
5.2.2 3500 points can be exchanged for any product worth 169 RMB
5.3 The exchange ratios and rewards may change in the future, so keep an eye on the Pie House website!
6. Historical Points：
6.1 The new point system will be in effect beginning June 6th, 2011.
6.2 Points acquired before June 6th will be converted to the new point system by multiplying each previous point by 200.
7. Gift Card Program：
7.1 Pie House has a separate Gift Card Program. Money spent toward the Gift Card Program do not count toward the Membership Program.

8.1 Pie House maintains the right to modify or terminate the terms of the membership policy as it sees fit, with or without notification. Any changes to the membership policy will be reflected in an updated set of terms.
